They WILL Work For Us!
Many thanks to Bob Spink MP for presenting the Real Policing Petition on the floor of the House of Commons on Tuesday 22nd April, 2008. Bob contacted me in April last year asking to present the petition once it had been closed. Furthermore, he has assured me he will keep me informed of the outcome. I shall do likewise and again would like to take the opportunity to thank those of you who showed your support for real policing by signing the petition. Please allow me to clarify the total number of signatures was 2,500 and not 25,000. The latter would have been nice but is, I’m afraid, wishful thinking. Nonetheless, the quality of responses is demonstrable. I shall be back in touch with an update as soon as I have it. All the best and many thanks again.
